Construction method
1. Substrate Preparation
For concrete: sandblast/grind; for wood: smooth along grain to remove burrs; for metal: derust and degrease.
Control substrate moisture content ≤6% and pH value ≤10.
2. Applying Sealer Primer
Stir well, then spray/roll 1 coat;dosage:0.08-0.12 kg/m².
Dry for 12 hours, then lightly sand with 400-grit sandpaper to enhance adhesion.
3. First Luminous Layer
Stir for 3-5 minutes; water dilution ≤10% of total volume (if needed).
Apply by spraying (nozzle 0 .3-0.5mm, distance 15-20cm), rolling or brushing.
Dry film: 25-35μm;dosage:0 .12-0.15kg/m²;air-dry ≥2 hours.
4. Second Luminous Layer
After first layer dries, spray in staggered directions; dry film: 25-35μm; total thickness ≤80μm.
5. Topcoat (Recommended)
Stir well, spray 1-2 coats; dosage: 0 .08-0.12kg/m²; dry film: approx. 20μm.
6. Curing &Luminescence Test
Air-cure ≥48 hours; after 72 hours, test with strong light (10-15 mins) to check brightness.
Avoid stepping,water contact or covering during curing.
