KASTAR 23 Eco Inorganic Minerals Fireproof Exterior Wall Coating is a premium, eco-friendly water-based coating designed for exterior walls. Made from natural inorganic minerals with long-lasting antibacterial agents, KASTAR 23 meets A-class fire performance standards, providing reliable fire protection and enhanced safety for commercial, public, and residential buildings.
When applied to mineral substrates, KASTAR 23 penetrates and reacts to form a hard silica layer that permanently bonds with walls, offering outstanding durability, stain resistance, and long-lasting vibrant colors. Its eco-friendly formulation helps degrade formaldehyde, purify air, and release negative oxygen ions, while also being water-permeable, anti-corrosion, anti-mold, weather-resistant, crack-resistant, and high-temperature stable.
KASTAR 23 is easy to maintain, highly washable, and super alkali resistant. It is suitable for medical buildings, subways, malls, cinemas, theaters, hotels, and other densely populated areas, as well as home applications such as garages, basements, and balconies where walls are dark or damp, providing reliable protection and aesthetic enhancement.

Construction method
- Brush/roller/spray;
- Dilution ratio: can be diluted with water, the ratio should not exceed 10%;
- Theoretical paint consumption: 11m/kg/pass (the paint film is calculated based on 30 microns, the actual amount varies slightly due to the roughness and looseness of the base);
- Construction environment: 5-35℃, air humidity less than 85%, the base should be flat, firm, dry and cleaned, ensure that the wall surface humidity is less than 10%, and the pH value is less than 10. The quality of the paint surface depends on the flatness of the base.
