KASTAR 6000 Silicone Elastic Anticorrosive Coating is a high-performance silicone protective coating designed for superior durability and environmental resistance. It is easy to apply and exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates by forming strong Si–O chemical bonds on the surface. These bonds provide exceptional stability against oxygen, ozone, and ultraviolet (UV) radiation, ensuring long-term protection under harsh conditions.

Construction method
- Base treatment:the surface of the base should be clean and firm,no peeling,dust,grease,rust and other phenomena are allowed;
- Application Method:When thinning agent is required before applying the coating,maintain a reference ratio of 10:4 between the coating and thinning agent.The application can be performed using scraping,roller coating,or spraying methods.Typically apply twice with each coat covering approximately 1kg/㎡.The total film thickness should reach 0.5~1.5mm,with intervals between applications ranging from 4 to 12 hours depending on ambient temperature conditions.
- The recommended dosage is more than 1kg/㎡.

- When constructing on cement and concrete substrate, please wait until the substrate is completely dry and passed the maintenance period before constructing;
- Before the coating is fully cured, please do not carry out other works that may damage the coating
- For unused coating, please keep the inner package sealed to avoid curing;
- If the coating gets into the eyes inadvertently, please rinse the eyes immediately with water and seek timely medical treatment.
