Construction method
- Apply 1:3 cement slurry and maintain for more than 15 days. The polished surface should be flat but not too smooth, and the cut corners should not be too sharp.
- The base surface must be free of dust, grease and other sticky floating pollutants, which must be completely removed and polished to ensure a clean surface.
- If there are cracks, holes, fissures, or depressions on the base surface, fill them with cement putty for repair and leveling.
- If there is alkali efflorescence and severe salt precipitation on the base surface, oxalic acid and glacial acetic acid should be used for acid-base treatment.
- When the wall temperature is above 5’C, the moisture content of the base surface must be less than 10%.
